Q: What if I live out of town?
A: No problem. Our techniques work anywhere and we will set you up with free video teleconferencing so we can still be “face-to-face”.
Q: I don’t know where to start with marketing for deals.
A: We have the most unique and complete marketing system available for creative real estate investors. Our system has 85 different methods for finding motivated sellers. We will walk you through the entire marketing process and build a marketing plan that works for YOU!
Q: Once I sign up, will I be passed off to some clueless phone operator?
A: No! Absolutely not. Unlike like most of the major national coaching programs, you will have actual access to Tom Zeeb and his team of actual investors, not call center operators with no real estate experience at all. We actually do deals for a living, we don’t just sell coaching and programs.

Q: Why do you split deals 50-50 with your students?
A: Taking the bulk of our fee only when you actually complete a deal allows us to keep the initial tuition cost of the program as low as it is. Most importantly, it also keeps the program very actively involved and interested in your success, as we make the bulk of our profits only when you do as well. In fact, we encourage you to think about how trustworthy a program is if it only collects a fee upfront for joining — most programs work hard to sell you and then take your upfront money and once they have you, you are nothing but a pain in the butt to them as they already have your money. Programs that split deals maintain an active interest in you as both sides have a vested interest in your success!
Q: Why should I choose your program over the better known national ones?
